I’m a big fan of September and how it signals a fresh start. With my partner going back to school after the summer off, the house is quieter and I’m always ready to try something new. And this month, my self-imposed challenge is September Steps!
Whilst I must admit, I did start this two days earlier on bank holiday Monday, cos it always feels better to start something on Monday, rather than a Wednesday!
My usual daily step count was between 6-8k so pushing through to 10,000 just means slightly longer walks and heading back out again after work, as well as my usual pre work dog walk with Molly.
One week in, and so far so good. I’m feeling good for it and it’ll be nice to look back at the end of the month at what I’ve achieved!
